Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Booking and final quote
Book online, by email or phone. Confirmation states the service, price basis and terms. The final quote is confirmed after inspection and before chargeable work; you approve it first.
2. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule by email or phone. The notice period and fees are in your confirmation. Timely cancellation refunds prepayments less disclosed third-party costs. Late/no-show charges apply only if the confirmed terms allow a reasonable amount.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days unless stated otherwise. They exclude work performed or agreed costs.
4. Warranty and maintenance
Terms are in your booking or service document. Scheduled maintenance and proper use may be required. Warranty excludes misuse, unauthorised repair and normal wear.
