These terms govern use of smartfinanwce.com and booking of studio services by smartfinanwce.com LLC.

2. Services and bookings
We provide studio booking services. Descriptions, time slots and price estimates are shown before you order. Estimates are indicative until written confirmation. You must give accurate details, use the studio lawfully and are responsible for your equipment and conduct.
3. Prices and pre-contract information
Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated. Pre-contract information on the service, price, terms and complaint procedure is provided under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.
4. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@smartfinanwce.com or +380 506 356 7742. We aim to respond within 10 business days. Consumer disputes are handled under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits rights that cannot be limited under Ukrainian consumer law.
6. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 19 September 2024. Non-essential cookies require prior consent under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16 December 2020 and Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 19 September 2024. 7. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Consumer information is available in Ukrainian under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' dated 25 April 2019. Advertising is identifiable and truthful under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.
